Newmar Dutch Star
The Dutch Star is a diesel Class A that Newmar says it introduced in 1990. For 2027 it has a 450-horsepower Cummins engine and comes in seven floor plans from 38 to 43 feet, starting at $676,136. Coaches 40 feet and longer have a tag axle. Apart from fifth-wheel brochures, Newmar's archive has Dutch Star brochures from 1993 through 2027, with a few missing years.

About this model
Newmar's history page says the Dutch Star was introduced in 1990, along with the Mountain Aire. The earliest Dutch Star motorhome brochure in Newmar's archive is for 1993. The archive has none for 1996, 2002 or 2010. Newmar also printed Dutch Star fifth-wheel brochures in 1993 and 1994, which are not counted here.
For the 2027 model year Newmar sells a 35th Anniversary Edition with its own exterior graphics, leather furnishings and badges. A 35th year in 2027 does not line up exactly with a 1990 start, and no source read for this record explains how Newmar counts the years. A 2001 brochure titled only "Dutch Star" does not say whether it covers a motorhome, so 2001 is not recorded as a model year here.
